From whole chicken I most like the breast. Often cook the breast based on the grilled chicken, always experimenting with marinades. Today I decided to pickle wasabi. Hmm, I liked it!

Cooking
In the middle of the breast bone cut in half.
To beat the breast, without removing the skin. So the meat on top will be more whole.
After I fought off the breast on both sides, remove from it the skin and grate wasabi, salt and olive oil. Leave to marinate for 45-60 minutes.
After you put the breast on a warm skovordku with vegetable oil. First you put the inner side down. Top put a pot of water and press the breast. Fry on a medium heat for 15 minutes. Then turn over and repeat the same with the other side.
