Rice with salmon, baked in bacon
I love the experimentation roasting in bacon. Them online many, and yet offer another option. I must say that the dish is a little fatty, but men will love. It is very tasty, rich, looks impressive on the holiday table.

Ingredients

Cooking

For cooking, take the rice that is not too loose finish. Perfect "Jasmine" from "Mistral". Pour the rice with water in the ratio 1: 2, bring to the boil and cook for 12 minutes.

The finished dish give you a few minutes to cool and expand. Overturn on a plate, remove the foil. I recommend not immediately putting on the serving dish, as a lot of the bacon fat.
