Trout royally with garnish
Tasty and tender dish for the weekend! A side dish of white rice and mushrooms, stewed in cream, covered with a delicate veil of trout! Yum!

Ingredients

  • Cream

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Trout

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Boil desired amount of rice to the incomplete state of readiness. Accurate measurements will not specify, because it depends on the form in which you will bake the dish, as well as the love of rice is also important =)

Fry in vegetable oil mushrooms

Mix the rice with the mushrooms, season with salt, pour over the cream and give some out (to let the rice absorb the cream, but the cream does not evaporate). The side dish should be tender and not dry.

Put rice, stewed with mushrooms and cream in a heatproof dish

Onion finely chopped (I used the blender the onion was crushed) and fry in butter until soft

Cover the rice with the onion pillow

And onions put small pieces of fresh trout. Salt. Cover the dish with a lid or foil and place in oven to bake for a while.

As the trout become white (after 10 minutes), open the lid and give the fish some blusher. You can coat the trout with sour cream before baking, and you can spray lemon juice.
