Cooking

step-0
I, as always, was lazy and made the dough using x/n... manual process, prepare the dough as follows. In condensed milk pour in the boiling water, stir. Condensed milk should dissolve and become warm. Pour the yogurt, add sugar, salt, eggs, yeast. Mix well and add the flour. Knead the dough. At the end add the vegetable oil. The dough is put in a bag and in the refrigerator for at least 3.5 hours. This number of dough enough for 3 pie.
step-1
Piece of dough roll out the layer. Sprinkle with mixture of sugar, cinnamon and mint.
step-2
Rolled into a roll. Scissors to make braids deep incisions.
step-3
Now, begin to create. Immediately apologize for the quality of the next photo. There was so much light... The first piece of the subject to lie flat on the surface, turning the cut up. The second-slightly pulls to the left and launching cut up (outside rather). The third pulls to the right, expand cut out.
step-4
Fourth-Expandable cut up, pulled up and stacked evenly, in the center on the second and third petals. Fifth-the left, cut up. Sixth-right, cut up. Well it's very simple...
step-5
Like a spike should happen in the end.
step-6
Allow to stand for finished product another 30 minutes in the oven. For 30 minutes at a temperature of 180-200*. Lubing up the egg is not necessary.
