Pork knuckle stuffed with leeks and carrots
Again, the recipe with your favorite knuckle. It's a win-win, tasty, appetizing dish for the Christmas table.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Knuckle

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

Take the pork knuckle, wash, brush, dry it with a paper towel. Carefully with a sharp knife cut bone.

Prepare the marinade. Take soy sauce "Kikkoman", add grated on a fine grater garlic, crushed chili peppers (I dry) and coriander seeds.
