Liver, stewed with vegetables
This recipe is entirely my idea. All the ingredients matched my tastes. I love the liver. The recipe combines the sweetness of bell peppers and carrots with spicy mustard. Well sooooo tasty!

Ingredients

  • Liver pork

    1 kg

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Liver cut into large strips, wash.

Carrots three on a grater, onion cut into half rings, pepper, I have already sliced frozen.

On a heated with a small amount of oil the pan put the liver and simmer 5 minutes on low heat.

When the liver gave the juice, put to it the vegetables and stir.

Simmer under a lid for 10 minutes on that low heat.

Soy sauce mix with mustard, salt and spices to your taste. Add the mixture to the pan. Mix well, add the fire and zagotavlivali dish, without covering the pan with a lid. Simmer on high heat for 10 more minutes.
