Fish roulade with rice and quinoa
The epigraph to this recipe I remembered the anecdote: "All men are like men, drinking on the fishing! And you catch and bring home." That's because I have overwhelmed her husband Rudd, I didn't know what to do with it. And on the occasion of the competition, her husband offered to make some fish roll. Here's what came of it. Bright, tasty, not expensive, almost dieting. This roll is universal, it can be eaten as a cold starter and hot main dish. You can take a picnic or snack at work.
