Vegetable stew with mushrooms
Vegetables and mushrooms in this dish complement each other. Can be submitted as a main dish or accompanied by various dishes from cereals and potatoes. If the vegetables are fresh, the preparation will take no more than 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Tomato

  • Bow white

  • Garlic

  • Mushrooms

  • Vegetable oil

Main ingredients. I have a lot of zucchini, I took only a part. The ratio of all vegetables to about 1:1, except for onions and garlic.

Vegetables cut arbitrarily, but not finely. I cut up the cubes. Garlic and fresh herbs, I have Basil, finely chopped.

Tomatoes, zucchini and garlic. Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until almost cooked all the vegetables. The main thing is not to peresushit that the vegetables are not turned to mush.
