Very tasty and quick snack. Pate can be liver, meat, home-it is much tastier. Fry on the grill or bake in foil.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    0.5 kg

  • Pate

    0.3 kg

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Green onions

  • Vegetable oil

Prepare the necessary ingredients. The mushrooms we're going to marinate in the finished sauce -marinade sauce TM Kikkoman Teriyaki, believe me it is very convenient, fast and most importantly delicious.

Separate the mushroom caps from the legs.

Mushroom caps gonna marinate in sour cream and sauce-Teriyaki marinade Kikkoman TM, for 1 hour.

Legs mushrooms finely chop and fry in vegetable oil.
