Surely all did skewers of meat, fish or vegetables, but have You tried a kebab from eggs? Sounds unusual? And it is very tasty! The piquancy gives to the dish an interesting, slightly salty, nutty crust.

Cooking
Boil hard-boiled eggs, remove the shell.
To make the marinade. Mix soy sauce with wine, balsamic vinegar, black pepper and cumin. Pour the marinade eggs and put in refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Nuts grind. Half of nuts I shredded into crumbs, and the other half coarsely. Roll balls in nuts.
To string the eggs on the skewers. Delicious, of course, to cook on the coals. But, unfortunately, not possible. So did in the convection oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes, turning once.
