I want to offer you to make kebabs at home. Tender meat inside and crispy bacon, which additionally give the kebabs a smoky flavor. Garnish perfect rice from TK Mistral "Basmati MIX".

Cooking
Season the mince with salt and pepper to taste. Add garlic powder and caraway seeds, knead well. Salt do not overdo it, do not forget that the bacon is quite salty. Add the cilantro or parsley.
To drive to the minced egg, stir, tighten the bowl with the beef wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
From chilled meat to form 4 sausages with a length of about 10cm, strung them on a pre-wetted by water wooden skewers.
Then each sausage wrapped in strips of bacon overlap. I have every sausage left two strips of bacon. Lay the kebabs in a baking dish.
Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 20 minutes. Bacon should be well browned.
Now cover the form with foil and continue to cook kebabs in the oven, reducing the temperature to 180 degrees for another 20 minutes. Then remove the foil, turn the oven to grill and brown the kebabs. If no grill, just put the flame on the strongest. It takes just a couple minutes.
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packaging.
