For a long time I decided to make this cake. It seemed to me that this process will take me a lot time which I have. As it turned out I was wrong. I decided this was it. The cake is incredibly tender and tasty.

Cooking
Proteins whisk with sugar to hard foam. Add the egg yolks, the flour and gently stir until a homogeneous mass.
Pour the dough on a baking tray covered with baking paper (sorry, I forgot to take pictures). Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Overturn cake on a wet towel top and carefully remove the paper. Immediately spread with jam and rolled into a roll.
Cut the roll into pieces.
The form dimmed with cling film (I have a simple package, it is possible not to cover). Spread the slices of roulade tightly to each other and to the edges, to ensure the filling is then poured out.
Gelatin fill with water, wait until it swells and absorbs all the water (about 10 minutes). Then put the bowl with gelatin on the fire. Give him stirring constantly to dissolve completely, but do not allow to boil. Remove from heat, pour in the cottage cheese and mix well to gelatin evenly distributed.
Pour the filling onto the pieces of the rolls and refrigerate at least 3 hours (better overnight).
