Cooking
To prepare products to prepare salad: 1)boil potatoes and eggs; 2)fry the carrot, onion and immediately divide the resultant into two parts; 3)clean the herring and drain off the mushrooms.
Salad is done in layers: First layer - grated potatoes on a large tech, to miss the mark with mayonnaise.
The second layer of the chopped herring.
The third layer is fried onions and carrots, the first part.
Fourth layer - mushrooms, coat with mayonnaise.
Fifth layer - eggs, grated on a coarse grater.
Sixth, and last, is the layer of onion and carrots (second part), which is necessary to coat a thin layer of mayonnaise, salad acquires a red color, like a Fox.
