Description

Warm salad
"Ukrainian night" is our code name, the salad was "stolen" from a cafe with the same name, served it warm, or rather, half warm. Everything is subject to heat treatment - "piping hot" fresh and pickled vegetables from the fridge In principle, it can serve as a hot dish if the meat will be a few more, and cold appetizer, if you "swing". Good in the fact in another form, but I like the combination of hot and cold

Cooking

step-0
Eggplant cut into strips
step-1
Veal cut into slices across the grain across the width of the tenderloin, pickle in a mixture of spices and olive oil (oil should be quite a bit, I just smear the marinade on the meat), that's enough
step-2
Bake the peppers ( in the oven, 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 *), take out of the oven, put it in the pack, after 30 minutes, remove skins, cut into strips
step-3
Put the beef on the grill when the beef is ready on one side, add the mushrooms and cover halfway with a lid
step-4
Eggplant, half the tomatoes and onions, sliced feathers, garlic, cut into slices to the frying pan, fry until cooked
step-5
Cut mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers (I TM "6sotok")
step-6
Our collect salad: first, on a dish put lettuce, then the roasted vegetables, mixed pickles and fresh tomatoes, if desired, to the mixture, you can add minced herbs, I usually add cilantro and dill, I didn't like them, so without them, make ladybugs out of cherry tomatoes and olives stacked on top of the salad with slices of veal and mushrooms. Salad dressing is not required, but, if you wish, you can add a mixture of olive oil and soy sauce, this version also has a right to exist, but the juice from the meat and fried vegetables, in principle, sufficient. Here everyone chooses for his taste
