Description
Chicken goes well with NAPA cabbage, but my eternal recognition of our native "belamcanda" that is what I used in this salad.

Cooking
Fillet to cook according to the instructions on the packaging for MAGGI® "On the second tender chicken breast fillet".
Fry on both sides until Golden brown.
Shred the cabbage and put in salad bowl.
Egg mixed with milk and salt.
Fry in preheated pan with vegetable oil on both sides.
Add to a bowl the diced meat.
Then carrots, grated on a coarse grater.
Omelette cut into strips and add all ingredients.
Season the salad with mayonnaise and salt.
