Description

Sweet and sour rice with plums
Without false modesty I can say that this is one of my most favorite side dishes. Juicy, tasty and self-sufficient.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Drain

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Margarine

    20 g

  • Lettuce

Rice put to boil. Plum wash, remove the pit and cut into slices.

In a pan put the margarine and sugar when margarine melt add the plums. With constant stirring caramelizing plum 5 min on medium-low heat.

Add the vinegar and simmer for another 3-5 min. In a salad bowl put the cooked rice and plums. Mix gently. Serve on lettuce leaves.
