Dear cooks, after all your masterpieces I do not claim victory, but just want to share a recipe of their lace, very tasty pancakes!!!

Sunflower oil

Soda

Cooking
Mix kefir, eggs, flour and sugar
Water bring to a boil, in boiling water add the baking soda, quickly stir and a thin stream pour in the batter. The dough is constantly stir. Leave for 5 min.
In the dough pour in 3 table. spoon of sunflower oil TM "generous gift". Let rest for 15 min.
Preheat a frying pan to grease with sunflower oil TM "generous gift", to fry the pancakes. They are all in the hole
