Chicken fillet rolls with pumpkin
Offer a seasonal recipe, delicious and simple meals. The juicy pulp of a pumpkin with spicy garlic inside a mouth-watering fillet, and because chicken has almost no fat - I cook it with vegetable oil IDEAL Sunflower. Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Broth

    100 ml

Pumpkin cut into a thin plate having a thickness of several mm. Blanch until soft, you can just put in boiling water (after removing from heat) for 5-10 minutes to steel plates flexible, but not falling apart.
