Very interesting way of molding the egg and its preparation. Hearty, healthy and delicious Breakfast, and most importantly original.

Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks. I cook with chicken and quail eggs.
Flakes you can use any instant.
Beat the whites until stable peaks, add salt, pepper and flakes. Stir gently from the bottom to the top, so as not to disturb the pomp proteins.
Preheat the oven to about 180 deg. Baking tray lay a paper for baking, using a spoon, protein mass, forming in the middle of the recess.
In the middle put the egg yolks. At this stage you can add any toppings (chopped veggies, pieces of ham or to your taste). Bake until it will turn brown at a medium temperature, it takes up to 10 minutes, no more.
To serve as a separate dish or to cook with these eggs sandwiches. Bon appetit! Eat hot!
