Fried rice with vegetables and egg
The most favorite dish of Asian cuisine in my family, no doubt fried rice with egg and vegetables. For girls, it is a complete dish, for the male half is a great side dish! The peculiarity of this dish in the first place the flavors. Ginger, garlic, vegetables and spices - all incredibly enriched rice. The vegetables in this dish should not be too soft, they are fried quickly and remain strong and fresh. You can use completely different vegetables, those that are at home, as well as fungi and even meat. For cooking I use a traditional Chinese wok (the wok), it's a deep frying pan with a convex round bottom and thin walls for fast roasting. If you have no such utensils, do not despair, you can use any heavy pan with high sides and thin walls.

Add celery, fry for a couple more minutes and then the pepper. Fry for another 3-4 minutes. Vegetables should remain firm, but not raw. They must be trying to precisely catch the right degree of readiness.

At the last moment add a delicate mini corn and fry for another couple of minutes.

In parallel with the hot vegetables in another pan cook the egg. Break the egg into a bowl and whisk with a pinch of salt. Pour the egg on a heated with oil pan, when it's a little to grab, start to mix it with a spatula. It is necessary to obtain small flakes of fried eggs.

In a wok with vegetables, add soy sauce. When the sauce is completely absorbed into the vegetables, get them from the wok and set aside.

Beat in the rice, paprika and fry it for 7-10 minutes until tender. Rice needs to get fried, slightly browned with a slight crust.
