I bring to your attention the recipe is very tasty, hearty and flavorful oatmeal sticks with cheese that can be substituted for bread. Good sticks for Breakfast with hot tea, coffee, cocoa or milk.

Cooking
In a bowl, mix the oat flakes extra TM"Mistral" and flour.
Add to oatmeal and the flour salt and spices to taste ( I put sweet paprika, rosemary and a little dried Provencal herbs).
On a fine grater to grate the cheese and add to dry mixture.
The butter I rubbed on a coarse grater. Add to the mixture butter and milk. Knead the dough.
The dough will be sticky, so put it on the parchment, a little rethrownew covered the other half of the parchment and roll to a thickness of 4 mm.
Then the dough is cut into strips of 2-3 cm.
Baking tray lay with foil and put it sticks. Bake oat sticks at a temperature of 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
