Braised cabbage
Very tasty and juicy dish

Ingredients

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Cabbage

    1 kg

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Spices

Fry the meat until Golden brown ( then the cabbage will take the same color), add chopped garlic, diced onions...

Carrots grate on a coarse grater ( you can still pepper cut into cubes, but I was not this time)...

Add the cabbage, salt and simmer for not subtracting the fire until the water ( the cabbage will give the juice)...

Add potato cubes, spices and simmer over low heat until the water has evaporated.
