2. Olives and Basil finely chopped. Grate cheese on a grater. Baton soak in cream.
3. Mix the minced meat with the zest, olives, Basil and Parmesan cheese. Add the bread together with whipped cream, passed through the press garlic, salt, pepper and knead well minced.
4. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 5. In a pan heat the oil. From stuffing to shape the patties and fry on both sides until cooked. Bon appetit!
