Cooking
Liver wash, clean the film and cut into thin strips (best to take the slightly thawed, then it is easier to cut)
Carrots grate on medium grater
In a well heated pan in vegetable oil fry the liver
Add carrots, all fry, stir
Ready dumplings arrange in pots
Fill the pot broth in which the cooked dumplings. Add in salt to taste, seasoning and mayonnaise
Close the pot with a lid and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Bon appetit!
