Dumplings in a pot of
I am a resident of the Amur region, it is our "local" dish, hence the name. A delicious, satisfying, for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • Dumplings

    0.5 kg

  • Beef liver

    250 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Mayonnaise

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Liver wash, clean the film and cut into thin strips (best to take the slightly thawed, then it is easier to cut)

Onions cut into cubes

Carrots grate on medium grater

In a well heated pan in vegetable oil fry the liver

Add the onions

Add carrots, all fry, stir

Boil the dumplings

Ready dumplings arrange in pots

In a pot add the roast

Fill the pot broth in which the cooked dumplings. Add in salt to taste, seasoning and mayonnaise
