Arabic cabbage rolls with shrimp
Very tasty dish, recommended in the days when allowed to fish and seafood.

Ingredients

  • Lemon juice

    50 ml

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Cabbage

    1 piece

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Sesame

    40 g

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

Mix soy sauce, garlic, chili, olive oil, lemon juice

Pour the marinade boiled small shrimp for 20 minutes

Chinese cabbage disassembled on the leaves, beat them with a hammer the tough part of the sheet, spread shrimp on leaves of Chinese cabbage

Wrap a tube (NOT ENVELOPE): Arabic stuffed cabbage wrapped tube and then just cut on the diagonal

To make the sauce (just add in the remaining marinade from the shrimp sauce more lemon juice and sesame seeds)

When serving, slice rolls diagonally into convenient pieces and pour sesame sauce
