A recipe from my youth, when I had to work a lot and long, seven days a week. And there was no effort or too much time to do cooking... what helped me at the time this recipe! Maybe you would like it. No culinary delights, of course, but tasty, simple and affordable.
Rice, wash well and pour boiling water. ( 10-15 minutes before we engaged in further training products ) Rice is better to take NOT steamed.
Cabbage to chop. I do it with a blender.
With rice, drain water, discard in a colander to glass excess fluid. In minced meat ( I have mixed ) put the cabbage, rice, starch. Add your favorite spices ( garlic powder, black pepper, hot pepper ), salt and mix well.
Wet hands formed into meatballs-stuffed cabbage rolls and lay them in a baking dish. (25*18*7) Lay close to each other.
In the form carefully pour cold water, about 300 ml. Need water was poured on a par with stuffed cabbage rolls.
Form tightly seal foil. Put in a preheated 180* the oven for 50 minutes. At this time, you can make a lot of useful things:washing, cleaning, watch TV or look at a favorite website. After 50 minutes remove the foil (be very careful, it's really hot!!!), increase oven temperature to 200* and bake the cabbage rolls for another 10-12 minutes.
During this time the liquid is almost all evaporated and the cabbage is slightly browned. If you need the resulting broth in the cabbage, after 50 minutes, remove the foil from the mold, turn off the oven and keep the cabbage rolls in the oven for 10-15 minutes. You're done!
