Seasonal Greek pie with zucchini... just as there are many Russian pies, it does not happen a lot and Greek Pete... Kolokithopita is one of my favorite Pete, especially when prepared from young and preferably from our own garden zucchini and other greens... And "Philo" in this recipe turns out very tasty and obedient.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    0.333 coup

  • Dill

    0.333 coup

  • Mint

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Feta

    200 g

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Semolina

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Water

    140 g

  • Olive oil

    70 g

  • Alcohol

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Zucchini grate on a coarse grater. Season with salt, put in a saucepan and leave for 30 minutes to drain excess fluid.
