Cooking
Almond grind in blandare.
Eggs with sugar beat with a mixer. Add half of the chopped almonds, butter, continue to beat on slow speed until a homogeneous smooth mass.
To almond mass add the flour and baking powder. Pour the remaining almonds and knead the dough well.
In the prepared molds, with a spoon spread the dough and fill the mold to 1/3.
On top of the dough with a teaspoon spread cranberry sauce d arbo, slightly sinking the filling. Send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
