Risotto with honeyed pears
Absolutely stunning delicate taste of the cream of rice and honey pears. Dessert will surprise both adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    150 g

  • Juice

    800 ml

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Cashews

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

To prepare the dessert, take the rice "Japonica" from "Mistral".

My pears, remove the core, cut into segments. In a pan put the butter (half of normal) and sliced pears.

Roast pears, stirring, in butter few minutes, add the cinnamon and cashew nuts. Stir.

Turn off the heat, add the honey, stir.

Leave the pears to soak the honey.

In a pan with a thick bottom put the remaining butter, rice "Japonica" from "Mistral".

Fry the rice, stirring constantly with butter for a few minutes.

Pour pear juice to cover the rice completely, stirring occasionally, cook the rice on slow fire.

As evaporation adding juice to the rice, cook, stirring constantly, for about 30 minutes.

Cook the rice until "al dente".

Cooked rice put in dish, put on top of the pears, nuts, pour syrup. Dessert is served hot. Bon appetit!
