Vitamin salad with radish and red currant
Will be a great addition to any dish. Very easy to prepare. And most importantly - a very healthy salad. Especially now in spring, in the period of beriberi.

Ingredients

  • Radish

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Red currants

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Cucumber, radish and currants washed.

Vegetables peel. Cut off the stalk and tail.

On a medium grater grate the radish and cucumber.

Grated vegetables to put in salad bowl and pour vegetable oil. Sprinkle with salt. Stir, and add the currants. Stir gently (so as not to crush berries).
