Cooking
The flour mixed with baking powder and sift directly into the bowl, where we are going to knead the dough.
Add in the bowl all the dry ingredients - sugar, salt, vanilla, stir everything with a spoon.
Enter all the raw ingredients - softened butter, eggs. Grate the zest of one lemon and squeeze lemon juice.
Knead the dough with a mixer, stir until the sugar has dissolved. The consistency is similar to whipped cream. (A little tip - if you like sweeter cakes, add a few handfuls of raisins).
I chose cupcakes silicone molds - they do not need lubricating, if you take the other - be sure to grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. Place 2/3 of the cookie dough. Next, cut a plum - possible slices,
Can slices - let them imbedded in the dough when it will rise in the oven - plums almost "drown" and lightly moisturize our cupcakes.
Put all on a baking sheet and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
When the time comes, remove them before removing from the molds - cool slightly.
Serve with any drink - suitable for milk, tea, and cocoa, and if you love the combination of coffee and lemon - then immediately brew a Cup and try it!
