Description
I suggest you to try delicious chocolates with nuts and orange flavor. You can cook with any nuts, and any citrus. Candy easy, delicious, and the citrus adds originality and freshness.

Cooking
1 Cup sugar put in a saucepan and heat to a full rastvoreniya.
Milk predvaritelno heat. Add to the sugar and mix quickly.
Add remaining 2 cups sugar and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved. The temperature should be around 120 C (200 F). The mixture should be very thick.
Add orange zest, salt, butter (melted) and chopped nuts and mix well.
On parchment paper lay out the ground in the form of small balls or small circles. This is best done with a teaspoon. And allow to cool.
Ready candy store in the fridge.
