Baked apples in spicy syrup
Delicious, juicy, sweet apples with the aroma of cardamom and cinnamon. Baked so hard that the skin becomes juicy and soft.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    8 piece

  • Sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Cardamom

    2 tsp

  • Cider

    330 ml

  • Cinnamon

    2 piece

Cooking

Place the apples as tightly as possible in a refractory form.

Sprinkle with sugar and cardamom, pour the cider and put on the bottom of a cinnamon stick.

Cover the form with a lid or foil and bake in the oven for one hour at a temperature of 175 °C.
