Description
In anticipation of the hot summer days I propose to recall the wonderful alternative okroshka and beetroot soup - a cold soup with kefir "Tarator". Perfectly refreshes and prepares much faster hash.

Cooking
My recipe is a little different from those that are on the website. Well, something of their own, Slavic, I'm there at the request of her husband brought:) I highly recommend everyone to try at least once to prepare this cold soup. At our house it has taken root, as an alternative to the hash, to cook out a lot of time:) the Yogurt and the sparkling water poured into a pot or other container.
Cucumbers grate on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes. Add the cucumber to the yogurt.
Take 30-40 grams of walnut kernels.
Grind them in a blender or otherwise. The nuts give the soup thickness. Add the walnuts to the yogurt. You can also add a few kernels, simply chopped with a knife.
Paprika slightly (2-3 min.) fry in vegetable oil to give the oil a little color, but in any case not black. Let cool and add to the yogurt.
Grind a bunch of dill and also add in our pan, which is already live in all the other ingredients.
Press the chesnokodavku garlic, add to yogurt, stir, add salt to taste. Interestingly, even garlic seems like a lot, the taste of super-garlic is not exactly call. Kefir bitterness of the garlic puts out. Classic tarator ready.
As a "Slavic raisins" at the request of the wife I added to today's Taratorkin 200 g of diced smoked chicken breast. There may be different improvisation, crab sticks, sausage, etc.
Our Bulgarian Tarator with a Slavic slant to the ready!
