Stuffed wings
Festive, tasty, juicy, tender, flavorful. Requires patience, but your efforts will be rewarded!!

Ingredients

Wings soak in cold water for 2 hours. So it will be easier to carve. Let's prepare the filling. From the thighs to remove the fillets, cut into small pieces. Add 2 tbsp. sauce+salt+spices according to your desire. Mix well and leave to marinate.

Onions finely chop, carrots and mushrooms to RUB on a large grater. Sauté 5 minutes in a pan with heated oil (1 tbsp of the olive.+ 1 tbsp SL. oil). Add the fennel and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat, cool. Then add to the fillet.
