Cooking
Let us start to meat. Pork (I used carb) to cut as chops (thickness approximately 1 cm), well to repel and marinate in soy sauce Kikkoman for 2 hours (or in refrigerator overnight) salt the meat to taste.
Prepare the filling. Figs wash and pour boiling water to become softer. Then puree them in a blender with figs and nuts. The mixture to become thick and dry, so you need to add a little heavy cream (I added cream and a knob of butter).
The formed rolls. A piece of meat spread (or rather, plaster) Fig-walnut stuffing and put the blue cheese, then rolled in a roll.
We spread our rolls in a greased form and bake in the oven until cooked. In the process of roasting the meat will be juicy, a little spilled stuffing and you have a delicious sauce, which we carefully pour our rolls, so they were juicy. I added a few more pieces of cheese in the sauce to be thicker.
And that's what we've got. The taste was odd, intriguing, for fans of a combination of "meat plus dessert." And spicy notes of blue cheese. What can I say? Try! Hope You like it.
