Cooking

step-0
Here's how they look raw! Interesting fact, I can't remember exactly where I read it, but like in about 300 kilograms of small languages!
step-1
So, I decided to first boil them in salted water with the Bay leaf and blend the peppers. Cooked a short time, about 30 minutes.
step-2
Next, finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil along with the welded tongues.
step-3
Camembert cut into pieces.
step-4
Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream with horseradish and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
step-5
Take a baking dish, put languages, then cheese, all cover with the sauce. And for the smell, a mixture of crushed peppers on top.
step-6
I decided to put it in the oven at a small temperature - 150 degrees and was tormented for it's all around 40 minutes In this dish, I wanted to see next to barley and a simple green salad! Here is the result: the languages was very gentle. I did not like the taste of horseradish in them, next time I decided to cook this in a creamy sauce with Parmesan cheese. But in the end the second pack languages went as a tasting option without boiling, and just stewing with lots of carrots and onions. It turned out not worse, but languages were not so gentle. Here's my experience with this new delicacy!
