Description
Resting on Dominicana, I tried simple green salad of cucumber with cilantro and olive oil. It was served hot on freshly baked white bread. I was amazed at how easy and tasty. Vegetables and herbs are impregnated with aromas of hot pastries and a little hot, and the cakes absorbs the flavors of the salad. So I decided to combine this salad with hot vegetable pie. It was very tasty. Help yourself!

Cooking
Cook buckwheat, or take leftover buckwheat.
For the dough, boil the liquid mashed potatoes. Crush the potatoes in the broth.
Add mineral water and the sifted flour, baking powder or soda, salt, sugar, oil and beat with a mixer. In the photo I have received the dough, which I added the flour well and knead the dough. The test allow to stand for 20 minutes.
Roll out into a pancake and put in a baking dish.
