Description
I recommend to try this wonderful treat, filled with sweetness, moisture and tartness of oranges. Plus the above, dessert is quickly prepared.

Cooking
Products for cooking gratins - in the picture. Heat the oven to 210 degrees, so be ready.
Oranges peel to the flesh, cut the peel with a white shell. Over a bowl or on a Board with a gutter for draining the juice, slice the oranges thin circles. Juice to collect.
In a deep fireproof bowl (pan) RUB the yolks with sugar white. Add the cream, juice of an orange, molasses. If the syrup is very thick, then you mix it with orange juice, i.e. juice and syrup are pre-mixed. All knead well.
Sift future in the dough starch, stir again thoroughly.
The resulting mass cook on a slow fire, with CONSTANT stirring, 3 to 5 minutes. The batter will thicken and it will look like custard.
Spread the mass in portions of the molds, it is perfect for submission. In my household could not find suitable molds, with the side height of 2 to 3 cm, had to put in one large ( d=20 cm).
Put the mugs oranges and bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
So I got it out of the oven. It is noticeable that the edges baked it stronger, but this should not discourage you, in the original version (the magazine "Saveurs") clotted edge should be even wider.
Dessert can be served hot or chilled. I was served chilled. The taste is peculiar, but nice, gentle orange with a slight bitterness.
