Carrot cake on sourdough
I have already showed you how you can use the starter for other purposes besides baking, the recipe of "Useful scones leavened" (http://www.povareno k.ru/recipes/show/75 123/). Today I want to show you how to make carrot cake on sourdough. The cake turns out very tasty, soft, juicy. Nobody will guess what unusual ingredient it contains.

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken egg

  • Walnuts

    1.5 cup

  • Coconut shavings

  • Vanilla essence

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    115 g

  • Cream cheese

    225 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 cup

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

I have all the cups and spoons. A glass of 250ml. For best results, all ingredients should be at room temperature. So, let's start. Grate the carrots on a grater to make 2 cups. With canned pineapple drain out the liquid and also grate it on a grater. If you have the opportunity to buy ready grated pineapple (we called it crushed pineapples), then even easier. Grated pineapple we need 1 Cup.
