Mint Panna cotta
Panna cotta turned out very, very gentle with the cooling taste of mint! Great dessert for a hot day! Bon appetit, AA.

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    30 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    30 g

  • Mint

    4 piece

Pre-pour gelatin milk and leave for an hour. In cream add the powdered sugar, put on fire, wait until the sugar is dissolved-stirring constantly mass. Mint leaves wash, add to the cream, cover the saucepan with a lid and bring to a boil, after boiling, leave for 4-5 minutes. The fire can be turned off.

Swollen gelatin to warm up. I usually warm up in the microwave. Not on the steam bath. Pour into a creamy mass and mix thoroughly. Pour into Panna cotta moulds and leave in the refrigerator for complete solidification. At least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.

Remove the dessert from the molds, serve with mint leaves.
