Cooking
Chicken breast cut and repel. Pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice, leave for 20 minutes.
Prepare the stuffing. Mash cheese with a fork, pepper, add chopped Basil and stir.
One split breast spread the filling, cover with second half. Can be twisted into a roll and fasten with a toothpick.
In a well heated pan in olive oil saute a crushed clove of garlic. Then remove it and fry the breast for 2 minutes on each strorony. Place the breast in a baking dish, greased, and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Prepare the sauce. With tomatoes remove the skin and together with the peppers cut into cubes. Spread on a pan, where roasted breast, and simmer 5 minutes until liquid evaporation. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add wine and cook sauce for another 5 minutes until the alcohol evaporates. Add black olives, sliced in rings, and stew under a lid on low heat for about 10 minutes. If the sauce is thick, add a little water and warmed for 1-2 minutes.
Breast spread and served with sauce.
