Apples with mascarpone
An Italian dessert.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    400 g

  • Calvados

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

Apples peel, cut into quarters and remove the core.

Cut the apples thin petals.

Put all the bottom of the mold segments in a circle with overlapping.

Drizzle with Calvados apples. I did my daughter, so a tablespoon of Apple juice mixed with a teaspoon of honey and misted this syrup apples.

Mascarpone mix thoroughly with honey.

Put the cheese and honey weight for apples.

Put in the oven on the upper level and cook until the cream it will turn brown. Serve hot.
