Cooking
To explain immediately, in the ingredients there is no quantity, since the whole recipe is done by eye. But during the cooking I will write the approximate number. I usually buy frozen Pollock, but today I had lemonema (3 medium carcass). So, the fish we defrosted it, cleaned it, removed the inner film, cut off the fins and cut it into serving pieces. Now it is necessary a little salt.
Coat the pieces of fish in flour and fry in vegetable oil on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes on each side.
Onions (I have 2 large bulbs) we cut krupenko. I think the photo is clearly visible.
Onions fry in vegetable oil until, until it becomes soft and begins to bare gold.
Then to the onions, we add the tomato sauce (I home). It took me 7-8 tablespoons. If you have no tomato sauce, just take fresh tomatoes, pour over boiling water, remove the peel and grind in a blender. Fry all together for about 8-10 minutes. Add a pinch of sugar to balance acidity in tomato sauce. Now add salt to taste. That's it, you're done!
When feeding the fish pour our sauce. Very tasty served with boiled potatoes, or with mashed potatoes.
