Cooking
Onions and carrots opolaskivaniem water. Onions cleaned from the husk and cut into half rings. Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Meat is thoroughly washed under running water and cut into small pieces. Mix with onions and carrots.
In a crock pot put onions, carrots and meat, pepper, salt to taste. The vegetables and meat in a pot pour the beer. A pot with meat, cover with a lid and put in [b]cold oven[/b] for 1.5 hours. Simmer at a temperature of 200C.
Take out the meat from the pot and spread on a dish.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. The juice that remained in the pot, pour in the pan, add flour and slightly warmed until thick. In the received mix add spices to taste.
Meat before serving, pour sauce, decorate with chopped herbs.
