Soup Field
And again my old recipes. This soup hails from a place where my husband grew up. It is always cooked on the third day of the wedding. Very hearty and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    1.5 l

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Millet

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Fat

  • Greens

I'm not going to describe how to cook chicken soup, I think that I know everything. In boiling broth pour the washed millet and potatoes entirely. Cook until tender.

Remove potatoes and mash. Then back into the broth.

To break the egg and stir with a fork or whisk.

Onions chop and fry until Golden brown. In the original recipe with onions fried slices of bacon, but this time I did without it.

In boiling soup in a thin stream pour the egg, stirring; add the fried onions and chopped parsley.
