Vegetable stew with beer
Raguli - so we called our family stew )) I Came to visit my parents and my dad wanted a beer... But in my head was born a recipe for how to use it differently, and I immediately went to embody invented in life and certainly to photograph the whole process! Juicy meat in an interesting sauce! And most importantly for summer - little fuss, and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    600 g

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Beer

    500 ml

  • Black pepper

    5 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

Here is the meat I picked up for meals, with a small bone, which had subsequently cut

So, let us start to meat. Will wash it, dry it and cut into large cubes.

Clean the potatoes. Larger potatoes cut in half.

Tomatoes cut into slices. I had a small tomatoes, so I got more pieces.

Onion cut into half rings. Garlic passed through the press or grind.

In a saucepan, with thick walls, or cauldron, or (as in my case) in the roaster warm up a little vegetable oil and podrumyanim meat in all sides.

When the meat is fried, add the potatoes and tomatoes.

Add salt carefully. Add onion, garlic and pepper. You can add favorite seasonings, I first was limited only to black pepper :-)

Now the fun part! Fill the dish with beer, sprinkle with dill. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for minutes 40-60 minutes, depending on the readiness of potatoes.
