Spaghetti at Genoa
Dish of Italian cuisine. Very flavorful and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    500 g

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    20 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Meat cut into thin slices across the grain. Salt, pepper, add spices and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Reduce the heat to low.

Basil finely chopped (today I have fresh Basil was not, had to use dried...), mix with olive oil.

Basil butter cream and add to the meat. Simmer until cooked under a lid.

Meanwhile, boil spaghetti (I took here are from durum wheat) until al dente (meaning "to the tooth").

Serves spaghetti and warm meat, sprinkle with herbs and cheese.
