Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    300 g

  • Beans

    250 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Lentils

    150 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Chili

  • Dill

For this recipe I was inspired by an article about ballast substances http://www.povarenok.ru/blog/show/20211/ so, to start, boil the lentils until tender (I do it in batches, cook for 20 minutes, so I cooked 15). In salted water cook for 10 minutes string beans, and cauliflower. Drain in a colander (save the broth). Bell pepper cut in half, remove the core with seeds and cut into strips. Garlic and ginger finely chop. In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil and fry the garlic and ginger.

Add to the pan the lentils, bell peppers. Lightly browned. Season with soy sauce, curry and chili.

Put in sauce pan cauliflower, beans, pour 0.5 cups of vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, and simmer 5 minutes. Decorate with dill. Bon appetit!!!
