Description
Excellent pie that is cooked in a microwave oven. Very fragrant, quickly baked and well combines cocoa, strawberry and nuts.

Cooking
Prepare the dough. In a blender, beat 8 tbsp flour, egg, 4 tbsp oil, baking powder, milk, 2 tbsp cocoa, 2 tbsp sugar, packet of vanilla sugar.
Strawberries defrost in the microwave to such an extent that it let the juice. The juice is poured into a separate bowl and cook the syrup for impregnation by adding 1 tbsp sugar and 3 tbsp of boiling water, stir well to dissolve the sugar.
Form grease with oil. Parchment can be cut to fit the shape of the baking dish and pour the batter already on it, brushing with oil.
The dough gently pour into the form, spread on top of strawberries, or a little stir (I stirred).
Put the form with the dough in the microwave for 8 mins (depending on model) or at a time when the top will not be sticky.
While baking, make the Fudge. In a saucepan with double bottom, boil 1 Cup of water, pour in boiling water stir in 0.5 Cup. cold water 3 tbsp flour, stir well, when boiling, add 4 tbsp sugar, vanilla sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa and boil all until thick, stirring constantly, not allowing to burn.
Give the cake to cool slightly, carefully remove from the mold, turning it. I have he falls. The cooled cake cut in half. Both layers, pour syrup, then lubricated with fondant first the bottom, then the top layer and sides. Nuts slightly grind (not too fine) and sprinkle on top. All!
